1:8. അതുകൊണ്ടു നമ്മുടെ കർത്താവിന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യത്തെയും അവന്റെ ബദ്ധനായ എന്നെയും കുറിച്ചു ലജ്ജിക്കാതെ സുവിശേഷത്തിന്നായി ദൈവശക്തിക്കു ഒത്തവണ്ണം നീയും എന്നോടുകൂടെ കഷ്ടം സഹിക്ക.

1:8. So do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord or of me, a prisoner for his sake, but by God's power accept your share of suffering for the gospel.
